Family systems theory is a great tool for ministry workers to use in their relationships, both at church and in their own families.

Conflict and tension are part of every ministry and leadership context. This year’s Symposium will help you deepen your understanding of the function of conflict in an emotional system and consider how to respond wisely and helpfully as tension arises.
Across the day, you will engage with systems theory and teaching from the Bible, with space for personal reflection and a case study that will help you explore how these ideas apply as the heat dials up.
