Lauren and Andrew will explore and discuss the concepts of emotional and spiritual maturity, how they interrelate, and why both are essential.

Throughout the day, attendees will engage with a practical ministry scenario, exploring how these concepts apply in ministry environments.  Additionally, there will be presentations highlighting the usefulness and application of Systems Thinking in ministry life.
