Nicky is a Family Systems Coach and qualified Pastoral Supervisor.
She knows first-hand the power of a reflective space coupled with Bowen Family Systems Theory and an engaged coach/supervisor.
Nicky holds a Graduate Certificate in Professional (Pastoral) Supervision and a Certificate in Family Systems Theory and Practice. She has actively participated in coaching and studying Bowen Family Systems Theory as applied to her life and ministry for almost two decades. Nicky has studied theology and has been actively involved in church ministry for over 30 years, teaching and studying the Bible in groups and with individuals, as well as being involved with children’s, women’s and music ministries.

Matt is a Bowen Family Systems Theory qualified coach and pastoral supervisor.
Matt is also an ordained Anglican minister, with around 15 years experience in pastoral ministry working in a variety of ministry roles in Sydney’s Inner West.
During his time in ministry Matt experienced the benefit of seeing a Bowen qualified therapist. More recently, Matt has had the opportunity to study Bowen theory for himself.
He now offers pastoral supervision and coaching through his business changeroom.
Changeroom coaching is for anyone who wants to get better at managing themselves in the ordinary tensions and pressures of relationships. Using a Bowen lens Matt helps seeks to help people observe patterns in their behaviour, understand the forces shaping that behaviour, and define what’s important to them, so they can be less reactive and more thoughtful in challenging situations. Most of Matt’s current clients are either working in pastoral ministry or as leaders in Christian organisations.

Larissa is a registered Psychologist and a Family Systems Ministry Coach and Supervisor who thrives in meeting and relating to people from all different backgrounds and cultures. Larissa has a special interest in working with ministry workers having grown up in a ministry family herself and now being in one again she knows firsthand the complexities of relationship challenges in ministry and is particularly passionate about the mental health of ministry leaders and their families. She has a strong commitment to helping people develop fruitful sustainable ministries.
Larissa holds a Bachelor of Theology (Australian College of Theology; SMBC) and an Advanced Certificate in Couple and Family Systems (The Family Systems Institute).
When Larissa is not working, she loves early morning solitude, taking her kids to sport, being in nature, leading in youth group programs and a glass of wine while watching The Amazing Race!
